Absolute best service - Ninous from Lock & Roll was an absolute delight to deal with - he turned up exactly on time, he replaced the handle on my bifold door and adjusted the door as it had dropped a bit and only charged a modest call out fee. Other companies told me I would need all the internal hardware in my bifold door replaced with quotes up to 10 times higher than what Ninous charged. I have no hesitation in recommending Ninous / Lock & Roll. I will definitely be using Ninous for any future lock, door or window maintenance.

We had a major issue with big commercial sliding doors being extraordinarily difficult to slide and actually not moving at all on hot days when the building expanded, We were very fortunate to have Hamaial come and inspect and advise we needed to have the doors cut down 10mm and a new nib tracking system and replace the rollers. A huge job! Hamaial and Josh arrived to do the work and within a day and a half we had doors that probably weigh 60kg's gliding with the use of your little finger. Absolutely amazing.
