Leaks & Draught Problems

The inherent difficulty in sourcing the cause of leaks and draughts and the Lock & Roll policy for covering such, is that we cannot absolutely guarantee the cure.

Lock & Roll will analyse leak and draught problems, and to the best of our ability, make curative recommendations and, when called for, carry out repair work.

Notwithstanding the above, we are aware of our obligation under the Australian Consumer Law.
