On 21 October 2016 Sean (the Master ) and Rob (the Assistant) of Lock & Roll arrived on time to service windows in two units at Rushcutters Bay block of flats. The gentlemen were very well prepared to do the job including protective sheets, dust pan and broom to clean the work area after the service. In one of the units two window panels were very difficult to remove however Master Sean with the help of assistant Rob very patiently worked on them and after a while successfully removed the panels. It was a sheer pleasure to observe the precise movements of Sean and to hear his instructions to Rob during the removal operation. The next step was to install the new rollers which required ingenious modification of modern rollers to fit the old window panels. Despite the removal difficulties both gentlemen did not show any sign of frustration. Their behaviour was calm, polite and professional.

I highly recommend Lock & Roll to anyone in need of window service.

Repaired our sliding windows and was quoted $150 call out fee plus $149 for parts. It was determined that no parts were needed , only adjustment to existing parts was necessary taking 15 minutes. Charged $150 plus $120 technicians fee which I considered a "rip off" (I was not informed, prior, of a "technicians fee"). Subsequent to my complaint of overcharging I was contacted by their company Director who apologised for the overcharge and made an appropriate refund.

They are therefore to be commended to the prompt response to the complaint and the satisfactory outcome.

Great service from the outset. Sean initially explained that they didn't have in stock the replacements for our size windows. About 2 weeks later contacted us to arrange a fresh date and time. Arrived within about 5 minutes of appointed time. Respectful of our property, worked quickly and quietly. On completion of the job got us to check the work. made some suggestions.
